Rachael & Matthew Day

Rachael and Matthew got married on a beautiful clear December day just after Christmas, the day begun with Rachael getting ready in her beautiful family home a tranquil cottage just steps away from the St Mary’s the virgin church, where her and Matthew later declared their vows to each other. After a stunning traditional service inside the cute village church, we headed off to a peaceful spot in the New Forest just outside of Beaulieu to capture some stunning photos at one of the many ponds scattered across the New Forest. Next stop was the scenic Elmers Court hotel where the reception was being held, it made for a fantastic venue surrounded in large grounds and a stunning interior to match. Before the guests sat down for the wedding breakfast we headed out to the lawns behind the hotel for some more bride and groom portraits and also some formal shots. After the guests enjoyed some food, brilliant speeches and toasts, the evening was followed up by the traditional cutting of the cake and of course, first dance.

I wish Rachael and Matthew a happy future together, it was a pleasure and lots of fun working with you both. Thank you again for allowing me to be a part of your special day, I feel so blessed to able to create and share the story of your wedding day.
